The Qantas Frequent Flyer Collection is managed by SmartPack International Pty Limited, t/as 3P Marketing (3P Marketing or 3P). Please contact 3P Marketing if you have any questions regarding the Collection.
3P Marketing warrants that products will be delivered in perfect condition. If there is a defect of any kind in workmanship or material, you may return the product to 3P Marketing within one year of the date of purchase, for repair, replacement or refund. SmartPack products offer a five (5) year warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage arising from abuse, mishandling, or careless treatment of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, the above warranty provisions are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to and warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose and the liability of 3P Marketing for incidental and consequential damages arising from the use of the product or from the breach of any implied warranties arising by operation of law is expressly excluded.
If you find, within 30 days of purchase, that the product you have received is faulty, 3P will happily exchange or refund your purchase.
If you believe that the product is faulty, please contact 3P for a Return Reference Number.
Return a completed faulty goods form to 3P, including the Return Reference Number and indicating your preference for an exchange or refund.
All purchases from 3P Marketing come with a 12-month quality warranty. SmartPack products offer a five (5) year warranty.
If you find, within 12 months of purchase (5 years for SmartPack products), that the product you have received is faulty, 3P will happily exchange or repair your purchase, at its absolute discretion.
Please arrange, at your cost, to return the item to 3P Marketing. Once received, 3P will be in contact with you to discuss course of action.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor damage arising from abuse, mishandling, or careless treatment of the product.
If you change your mind about the product you purchased, 3P will happily refund your purchase if it is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please note that orders from the Qantas Frequent Flyer Diary that are embossed are not able to be returned.

Return delivery of a product for change-of-mind is your own responsibility and cost.
The original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund payable to you.

Return a completed Change-of-mind form including the Return Reference Number together with the product to 3P.
